What happens to my baby when you have to go somewhere?
When we have to leave the home and the babies are without us they have free roam of the house, unless you request them to be crated.

Do you crate over night?
Never! We only use crates if the parents request it.

How often are you home?
I am almost always home. This is my full time job, other than being a human parent too.

What if my baby gets sick while I am gone?
We take down veterinarian information and emergency contacts. We will try to contact you for a sickness or concern, but in an emergency we will not hesitate to take your baby to the hospital.

What happens if I can't make it home in time for pickup?
If you can not make your pick up time you can come as late as 7p.m unless discussed before hand. If you do not pick up by the end of the day you will incur another night's stay.

Can I extend my baby's stay?
Feel free to contact us back and ask about extension! If there is an emergency we will make room.

What is your cancelation policy?
A fee of 50% of stay price is incurred if canceled the day of your stay. If you need to shorten your stay there is no charge,
Owners are liable for all damage incurred by their pet. This includes but is not limited to:
Excessive urination
Excessive deification
Damage to walls, trim, floorboards, and carpet
Broken windows and doors
